Adeusi Adetunji Olusola is a product of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law with a Second Class Upper Division in 2010 and subsequently, a Master’s degree in Corporate Law and Management from the same University in 2014. He was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2012.
He commenced his legal career with a leading Insurance Company in Lagos, Nigeria as a Compliance officer. His flair in insurance law and practice commenced with his participation in the team that repositioned the company’s operation in compliance with the regulations of the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM).
Before joining Hughes Partners he worked as an Associate with one of the leading commercial law firms in Lagos where he cut his legal teeth. He is a member of the Litigation/Dispute Resolution department of the firm. He has consistently demonstrated a strong bias for civil litigation, arbitration and mediation and has appeared as a counsel in all superior courts in Nigeria. He constantly provides legal advice and representations to a variety of clients in diverse areas of Nigerian laws and has a good understanding of contemporary legal issues.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

- A member of the team that regularized the Practicing license of Alliance and General Insurance Plc. With the National Insurance Commission 2012.
- A member of the team currently representing one of Nigeria’s leading insurance companies in respect of claims for an alleged breach of contract, wrongful dismissal, subrogation, product liability and debt recovery at various judicial forums across the federation. Value of Claims: $2,552,163.51 (Two Million, Five Hundred and Fifty two Thousand, One Hundred and Sixty Three USD, Fifty One cents.
- A member of the team currently representing one of the foremost insurance companies at the Lagos High Court in a claim for an alleged assault and defamation of character. Value of Claims: $156,250.00 [One Hundred and Fifty Six Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty USD].
