Prior to joining Hughes Partners, Seun worked with a top Litigation firm in Lagos where she acquired the requisite legal skills and competence. She has a strong bias for Property transactions, Entertainment Law, Dispute Resolution, Immigration and Maritime Law. She attends various conferences and seminars on Maritime Law both locally and internationally.
Since joining the Firm, she has successfully represented clients in several contentious commercial issues on diverse areas of Nigerian law. She is industrious and an avid contributor to the Firm’s on-going publication projects.
She has experience in several commercial transactions and has recently advised on the following projects:
- Representing a mobile app development company in its negotiations with a major Nigerian telecommunications Company in the distribution and commercial exploitation of its apps.
- Increasing share capital and restructuring of the group of companies for a major technology company in Nigeria.
- A charge of over N40 billion theft preferred against a former Bank MD by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
